You are responsible for safeguarding your password and any other credentials used to access that account. You, and not IceBreakers AI, are responsible for any activity occurring in your account.
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided proves to be inaccurate, not current, or incomplete.
4. Community Guidelines
IceBreakers AI is a safe space for learning. We have a zero-tolerance policy for harassment. When using our community features or interacting with the AI:
Use hate speech, bully others, or share inappropriate content.
Be supportive, respect learning levels, and provide constructive feedback.
5. Intellectual Property
The Services and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of IceBreakers AI and its licensors.
By submitting content (e.g., conversation logs for feedback), you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to use that content to improve our AI models and provide the Service.
6. Subscription & Payments
Certain aspects of the Services may be provided for a fee. If you elect to use paid aspects of the Services, you agree to the pricing and payment terms as we may update them from time to time.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
